Returns Policy
You’ve got 30 days from the purchase date to return your order. Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with no signs of use. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process it within a week and send you an email confirmation when it’s complete.

How do I submit a return?
Easy. Fill out the form above and include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you don’t have to stress about postage.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you’ve received the wrong item or something faulty, contact us straight away at hello@threadlab.com.au
How long will my return take?
Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for processing. We’ll email you as soon as your return has been completed.
When will I get my store credit?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for processing. When it has been processed, we will email you with your store credit details.
Can I return an item if I’ve decorated it?
No. Any Thread Lab product that has been printed, washed, dyed, relabelled, or decorated is non-returnable.
Will there be a restocking fee?
Yes. All returns (excluding faulty or incorrect items) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your order arrived faulty or incorrect, you won’t be charged this fee.
Can I exchange my item?
We don’t do direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
